Officers & Directors

Our most valuable resource is our people. These individuals serve as division or department heads as well as mentors in their respective areas. Below is a brief description of the roles served by each to make AMS Holding, LLC an industry leader.
Nick Bruyer
Founder and Chairman - AMS

Nick Bruyer (pronounced brew – yea!) set the direction for our company by defining and advancing the company’s Mission, Vision and Values. He initiated the company’s double-digit growth into a premier rare collectible coin, as well as a high-end consumer products sales and marketing business. Nick negotiates new business opportunities and represents the company to its major clients, the financial community and the public. Currently he serves in the role of Board Chairman.
Bill Gale
President - Coin

Bill Gale is a nationally recognized Numismatist. He was the founder and CEO of New York Mint. He has been very visible over the past two decades selling a large variety of collectible products on television. He also co-authored and published the first reference book devoted exclusively to modern United States Proof Sets and Mint Sets (1936-2002). The book won the prestigious award for "Best Investment Book" in 2003 presented by the Numismatic Literary Guild (NLG).
Mike Bisceglia
President NeXtten/Stauer LLC

Mike Bisceglia is the president of Nextten/ Stauer LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMS. Mr. Bisceglia is responsible for overseeing the growth of this business unit via direct response advertising in print and electronic media. He also takes a direct role in creating business plans and overseeing product development, creative and media buying for targeted campaigns and projects.
Robert Epping
Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer

Robert Epping is responsible for managing all the daily operational accounting functions within the finance department. He manages the operational accounting areas of the company's business and acts as the main contact for accounting systems, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate internal controls through policies, procedures and management involvement.
Mitch Gleeman
Vice President - Controller

Mitchell Gleeman prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements, for the guidance of management. He is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of it fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. He is a C.P.A and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
Joe Braun
Vice President - Human Resources

As the company’s senior HR professional, Joe Braun provides advice, recommendations, information and services that ensure the conservation, development, utilization and well-being of our people. He also provides expertise, compensation, benefits development and administration, recruitment, training and management development and support.
Terry Smith
Vice President - Operations and Customer Care

Terry Smith is the point person for maintaining the best possible distribution and call center operations in the industry by hiring and retaining the best talent while continually searching for and investing in best of class technologies. He has oversight over the Warehouse Operations, Customer Experience, Inbound Stauer Sales and the facilities management of all four of our Minnesota sites. His goal is to provide world class service and quality to our customers by setting high standards for his teams and looking to continually improve our processes and service levels.
Richard A. Bauer
Vice President - Marketing

As the vice president of marketing, Richard Bauer is responsible for the expansion and enhancement of company sales by providing marketing, analysis, reporting and recommendations to the leadership team and internal customers. By working collaboratively with product development and sales management, the marketing team develops and monitors successful campaigns across multiple channels that introduce coin collecting to new clients and enhance the on-going collecting experience for our expansive community of collectors.
Chang Bullock
Senior Sales Director

Armed with over 15 years of management experience in the collectibles industry along with core competencies in both coin and paper money fields, Chang uses this knowledge to lead our highly skilled sales professionals in offering our clients the best numismatic treasures of the world. He has held numerous positions in our company which allows him to have a uniquely balanced approach to the organization’s goals and objectives. Chang is a member of the American Numismatic Association and has been a collector of coins and paper money since his teenage years.
Sharon Eiden Cornejo
Director of Product Development & Merchandising

As the Director of Product Development and Merchandising, Sharon is responsible for directing new product ideation and creation to meet the needs of all of our marketing channels. With over 25 years in the coin industry Sharon has built extensive strategic alliances with all of the major world mints and United States coin dealers to bring exciting and exclusive products to our customers.
Tom Rivers
Director of Information Technology

As the Director of Information Technology, Tom is responsible for developing and managing the company's technical vision and leading the company's application, infrastructure and business intelligence direction and support. With over 25 years of technology experience, he has a proven background in building strong teams as well as an extensive background in process improvement, data analysis, project management, systems and software development.
